Hot Spinach & Artichoke Dip

{ Prep Time: 10 mins / Cooking Time: 10 mins / Difficulty: Super Easy! / Yields: 6 }

10 oz package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 1/2 cups artichokes
6 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise 
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Baked tortilla chips or melba toast

1. Chop artichokes in a food processor. 
2. In a large dutch oven or pot, set heat to medium. Combine all ingredients, and stir until cheese is completely melted. 
3. Serve hot with tortilla chips or melba toast.
