Honey Butter

{ Prep Time: 5 mins / Difficulty: Easy / Yields: 8 servings }

1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup honey
1/4 tsp vanilla (optional)
dash of ground cinnamon (optional)

1. In a small bowl, cream together butter with a hand mixer until smooth. Slowly add your honey. If you so desire, add the vanilla and cinnamon for an extra boost of flavor (both optional).
2. Store in a container in the refrigerator. But make sure the butter is at room temperature when serving ~ this makes it easier to spread on some delicious bread!
