This is always a hit at parties - and super easy to make!
{ Prep Time: 10 mins / Difficulty: Easy / Yields: 2 cups ~ about 6 servings }
Ingredients:
1 pound ground turkey breast
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 can Rotel tomatoes with green chilis (hot or mild, your choice)
16 ounces (1 lb) mexican style velveeta cheese, cut into 1" cubes
Directions:
1. Season ground turkey with salt and pepper and cook in a large sauce pan on medium-high heat. Brown turkey.
2. Add the velveeta to the cooked ground turkey. Stir until combined, then add the can of Rotel.
3. Cook over low heat until cheese is completely melted. Make sure to stir frequently.
4. I usually put the cheese dip into a small crockpot, because it's much better served warm. If you don't have a crockpot, you can just reheat this dish in the microwave for a couple of minutes at a time. Serve your delicious dish with your favorite tortilla chips.
And this is just a warning, this stuff is addictive!
