Ingredients:
1 cup all purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
5 Tbsp butter
7 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
1/3 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
cooking spray
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat baking sheets with cooking spray and set aside.
2. In a small bowl, sift together flour, soda, and salt; set aside. Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in cocoa and sugars.
3. Stir in yogurt and vanilla. Add flour mixture, stirring until moist.
4. Drop by level tablespoons 2" apart on greased cooking sheets.
5. Bake at 350 for 8-10 mins or until almost set. Cool on pans 2-3 mins or until firm. Remove cookies from pans and cool on wire racks.
